Welcome. I am honored that you are considering inviting me into your story, and I understand that beginning counseling can be a difficult decision.
I believe we both know that even the changes we desire most can take patience, time and hard work . . . and we often feel like we lack the energy for those three things.
And yet, I believe you can.
